1. Fire & lightning
2. Explosion due to any cause
3. Fire originating from forests, tree or shrub clusters & land clearing by fire
4. Flood, storm, hurricane, bursting of water pipes & central heating pipes, as well as water leakage from bursts or tank overflow (sewerage excluded) with an excess of 5% and a minimum of €750 per damage
5. Aircraft crash & objects falling from them
6. Car crash
7. Damage caused during fire extinguishing
8. Damage caused by smoke
9. Civil liability to third parties from fire up to €30,000
10. Short-circuit in electrical appliances up to €3,000
11. Coverage of debris clearance costs (up to 3% of the insurance value agreed)
12. Losses resulting from robbery, break-in or climbing on the building insured, and losses caused to the residence because of that event
